2. We undertook the market demand and feasibility feasibility study for the HIGI at the home of British motorsport, the Silverstone Circuit. The hotel is located at the finish line and offers trackside bedrooms and hospitality suites with private terraces as well as track facing restaurant & bars. The hotel is linked by a new pedestrian bridge across the track to the ‘Wing’ Silverstone’s 3,000 sq.m conference and events space. The hotel opened in mid September 2022.
