2. We were engaged by Girlguiding to assist them in evaluating the future strategy for three national Training and Activity centres in England. We reviewed the markets for hotel and bunk style accommodation, camping/glamping,  training and outdoor activities for both internal and external markets. The centres are located in the New Forest, Lancashire and Mid Sussex.

      Horsham DC granted permission for the development of hotel accommodation and extension of the spa and clubhouse. Bridget Baker Consulting worked with John Ashworth Associates and Indigo Planning to provide an expert report to demonstrate the need for and viability of the proposed new facilities.
