2. We prepared a strategic review of the Netherurd Estate for Girlguiding Scotland.  The centre, located in the beautiful Scottish Borders close to Peebles, offers a country house with bedrooms and conference facilities, self-catering brownie house, camping and outdoor activities. We assessed the current and future opportunities  for all of the components at the estate.
