2. We have undertaken a range of assignments relating to obtaining planning permissions for hotel and leisure related projects.  This includes change of use applications from hotel to residential and office to hotel. Other assignments have involved successfully applying to develop on green belt sites, providing hotel needs assessment reports and expert witness services.
